Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The return of certain types of goods is not allowed. Therefore, perishable items such as creams, serums, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items not eligible for return include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on used skincare devices or opened topical products unless they are found to be defective upon arrival.

Please ensure you read all usage instructions and perform a patch test before using any skincare cream or device.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these return limitations.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at the following email address: contact@amtopm.com. Sale or discounted items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@amtopm.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
